How do I upgrade to RememBear Premium?
It's quite easy to upgrade your Bear to RememBear Premium! If you have the RememBear app open and logged in, simply press the blue 'Upgrade' button located within the app and follow the prompts.

How do I change my payment information?
If you paid with your credit card directly on our website, log into your account and select the "My Account" tab. Click “Update Payment Details” and follow the prompts.
If you paid through the Google Play store or the iOS App Store, you'll need to change your payment details with those specific payment providers. For instructions on how to update payment details with one of those providers, please select the following: Apple, Google Play.
How do I view my account information and billing history?
Due to the Grizzly strength security of RememBear accounts, you’ll need to have access to RememBear on the device where you wish to access your account.Visit/Rate Article
Click here or select the ‘My Account’ option at the top of the website. If RememBear is locked, follow the unlock prompts to unlock and access the account section of the website.
Once you’re in, select the ‘Billing’ tab to view payment history and information.
