• How do I view my account information and billing history?

  Due to the Grizzly strength security of RememBear accounts, you’ll need to have access to RememBear on the device where you wish to access your account.
  
  Click here or select the ‘My Account’ option at the top of the website. If RememBear is locked, follow the unlock prompts to unlock and access the account section of the website.
  
  Once you’re in, select the ‘Billing’ tab to view payment history and information.

• Why does my RememBear subscription show up as TunnelBear on my card statement?

  Since RememBear is owned and operated by TunnelBear, your RememBear subscription will appear on your credit card statement under TunnelBear.
