  • How do I view my account information and billing history?

    Due to the Grizzly strength security of RememBear accounts, you’ll need to have access to RememBear on the device where you wish to access your account.

    Click here or select the ‘My Account’ option at the top of the website. If RememBear is locked, follow the unlock prompts to unlock and access the account section of the website.

    Once you’re in, select the ‘Billing’ tab to view payment history and information.

  • How do I upgrade to RememBear Premium?

    You can upgrade to RememBear premium in just a few steps! If you have the RememBear app open and logged in, simply press the blue 'Upgrade' button located within the app and follow the prompts.

  • How can I switch between a monthly and yearly subscription?

    Switching from a monthly to yearly RememBear subscription
    Head over to the the upgrade page while logged in and switch your plan to the Yearly option. You'll be automatically refunded for the remaining portion of your month and charged for a yearly subscription right away.

    Switching from a yearly to monthly RememBear subscription
    You'll need to cancel your current yearly subscription first, see here. Once your current year has expired you can re-upgrade to a monthly plan.

    If you pay for RememBear via the iOS on Android app stores
    Mobile plans are managed via their respective app store. If you have a subscription paid for via Apple, see here. If you have a subscription paid for via Google see here.

  • How do I cancel my RememBear Premium trial or subscription?

    You can cancel your subscription from the RememBear website. Due to the Grizzly strength security of RememBear accounts, you’ll need to have access to RememBear on the device you're cancelling from.

    Click here or select the ‘My Account’ option at the top of the website. If RememBear is locked, follow the unlock prompts to unlock and access the account section of the website. Once you’re in, select the ‘My Account’ tab. You should see "Would you like to downgrade to a free account?". Select 'downgrade'. This will disable any future renewals on the account.

    You should receive a confirmation email when the cancellation has been processed. If you’re having trouble cancelling your subscription or no longer have access to RememBear on your device, contact our Support Bears.
