  • How do I view my account information and billing history?

    Due to the Grizzly strength security of RememBear accounts, you’ll need to have access to RememBear on the device where you wish to access your account.

    Click here or select the ‘My Account’ option at the top of the website. If RememBear is locked, follow the unlock prompts to unlock and access the account section of the website.

    Once you’re in, select the ‘Billing’ tab to view payment history and information.

  • How do I upgrade to RememBear Premium?

    You can upgrade to RememBear premium in just a few steps! If you have the RememBear app open and logged in, simply press the blue 'Upgrade' button located within the app and follow the prompts.

  • What do I get with RememBear Premium vs. Free?

    A free RememBear account allows you to create and store Grizzly-grade passwords on your device along with providing you with a secure place to store your credit card details and notes.

    OnRememBear Premium allows you to sync these items across all of your devices, automatically backup everything to our secure servers and receive priority support if you ever need a helping hand… err, paw.   • How much does RememBear cost?

    You can use RememBear for free. However, if you want to sync across your devices, securely backup your RememBear items, and have access to many other ‘paw’some features, we suggest upgrading to RememBear Premium. To view our current RememBear pricing, click here.

  • How do I cancel my RememBear Premium trial or subscription?

    If you paid with your credit card you can cancel your subscription from the RememBear website. Due to the Grizzly strength security of RememBear accounts, you’ll need to have access to RememBear on the device where you wish to access your account.

    Click here or select the ‘My Account’ option at the top of the website. If RememBear is locked, follow the unlock prompts to unlock and access the account section of the website. Once you’re in, select the ‘My Account’ tab and select ‘Cancel Subscription’ to turn off future automatic payments.

    If you have an iOS subscription through Apple, see this article for instructions on how to cancel. If you have an Android subscription through Google Play, check out this article instead.

    You should receive a confirmation email when the cancellation has been processed.
